GO plc announced on 6 October that Forgendo Limited (the joint venture company between GO and Emirates International Telecommunications) increased its shareholding in ForthNet through an acquisition of a further 110,987 shares for a total consideration of €0.2 million, equivalent to €1.56 per share.
