On 11 February, the Listing Authority announced that 1,107,613 new MaltaPost plc ordinary shares have been admitted to the Official List of the Malta Stock Exchange following the recent scrip dividend issue, representing a high take-up of 83.3%.
Trading in these shares is expected to commence today.
Following this scrip dividend, the total number of shares in issue increased to 31,678,103 shares.
