On 27 September, Medserv plc announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), which is still subject to contract and satisfactory documentation, with Ecofuel (Cyprus) Limited. The latter is a Cypriot company which provides specialist industrial waste management systems.
The two companies will establish a joint venture aimed at servicing oil and gas companies operating within the Cypriot jurisdiction.
