Loqus Holdings plc - Board Meeting
On 24 September, Loqus Holdings plc announced that its Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on Wednesday 26 September to consider and approve the half-year financial statements covering the six months ended 31 December 2011.
In accordance with the Listing Rules, these financial statements should have been published by the end of February 2012. Given this delay in the publication of results, the Malta Financial Services Authority has suspended trading in the shares of Loqus until the company rectifies its position.
