Mapfre Middlesea plc - Agency Agreement Terminated
On 1 February 2013, Middlesea Insurance plc announced that the agency agreement it had with Allcare Insurance Agency Ltd was terminated by mutual agreement with effect from 1 February 2013. As a result, Allcare Insurance Agency Ltd will no longer write business on behalf of the Middlesea Group.
In the announcement, the Company also stated that the existing policies acquired from Allcare will not be affected by the termination of the agency agreement.
