Bank of Valletta plc - Board Meeting
On 11 April, Bank of Valletta plc announced that its Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on Friday 25 April to consider and approve the Group’s fianncial statements for the six months ended 31 March 2014.
The directors will also consider the recommendation of an interim dividend.
