Malita Investments plc - Board Meeting
On 17 February, Malita Investments plc announced that its Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on Tuesday 25 February to consider and approve the Company’s financial statement for the year ended 31 December 2013.
The Directors will also consider the recommendation of a final dividend.
