Plaza Centres plc - Change in Shareholding

On 16 April, Plaza Centres plc announced that it has been informed by Mizzi Holdings Limited and Alf Mizzi & Sons Ltd that their shareholding in the Company has exceeded the 5% threshold and now amounts to 8.18% (2,309,797 shares) and 7.85% (2,218,328 shares) respectively.

Meanwhile, the Company has also been informed that Mizzi Associated Enterprises Limited and Central Mediterranean Development Corporation Limited no longer hold shares in Plaza Centres plc.

As a result, the top five shareholders of the Company are as follows:

• MSV Life plc (28.36%)
• Rizzo Farrugia & Co (Stockbrokers) Ltd obo Clients (9.88%)
• Mizzi Holdings Limited (8.18%)
• Alf Mizzi & Sons Ltd (7.85%)
