As sponsors, we assist in the drafting of the prospectus and provide advice to the issuer on all matters including pricing. Our management team, led by Vincent and Edward Rizzo, form part of the project team together with the reporting accountants, legal counsel, members of the issuer and marketing consultants. We also assist the issuer in organising road-shows to prospective institutional investors and financial intermediaries. Our main responsibilities when sponsoring an IPO or bond issue are detailed in Chapter 2 of the Listing Rules published by the Malta Financial Services Authority. As sponsors we are also responsible for applying to the Malta Stock Exchange for listing an issuer’s securities on the market.

Furthermore, our company has also been very active throughout the years in Private Placements working as an intermediary on many institutional-backed trades affected on the Malta Stock Exchange.
