On 25 March, the Malta Stock Exchange announced that the recently issued €70 million 4.8% Bank of Valletta plc Subordinated Bonds 2020 have been admitted to the Official List. On 8 March, Bank of Valletta plc announced that due to over-subscription the Bank closed the offering of its €50 million 4.8% Subordinated bond Issue.
