On 30 June 2026, VBL plc announced that the Directors are recommending the payment of a final gross dividend of €0.0009632 per share (FY2024: €0.0008829) to all shareholders as at the close of trading on Friday 26 June 2026, subject to approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled for 31 July 2026.
