Following last week's article detailing the performance of the S&P 500 index in 2025, it is worth devoting time to review the developments across the European equity markers in my last article of the year.

Financial Performance

On 15 April 2026, Computime Holdings plc published its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2025.

Revenue surged by 12.9% to €21.3 million (2024: €18.9 million), with all three business divisions registering double-digit growth in income. Systems Integration rose by 12.9% to €14.2 million, Business Software increased by 11.9% to €3.48 million, and FinTech grew by 12.7% to €3.62 million. The company highlighted that recurring revenue accounted for 74% of total revenue (2024: 72%).

On the expenditure side, net operating costs rose by 11.7% to €18.1 million compared to €16.2 million in the previous year.

As a result, Computime reported an operating profit of €3.13 million which is 21% more than the €2.58 million figure registered in 2024. This translates into an operating margin of 14.7% (2024: 13.7%). Computime explained that its strategy prioritises value over volume as margin expansion took preference over revenue growth.

After accounting for minimal net finance costs and a tax expense of €0.45 million, the net profit amounted to €2.64 million (2024: €2.19 million). This translates into a return on average equity of 26.0% (2024: 24.3%). The net profit for 2025 also exceeded the projected net profit for 2025 of €2.55 million provided in the IPO Prospectus dated 31 October 2024.

The Statement of Financial Position as of 31 December 2025 shows that total assets rose by 16.8% (or €3.1 million) to €21.2 million, principally composed of intangible assets of €6.15 million, cash and equivalents of €6.82 million and trade receivables of €4.52 million. Meanwhile, total liabilities grew by 17.4% (or €1.4 million) to €10.3 million. Total equity increased by 16.3% (or €1.5 million) to €10.9 million.

Dividend

The Directors of Computime are recommending the payment of a final net dividend of €0.0177 per share. The final net dividend is payable on or around 19 June 2026 to all shareholders as at the close of trading on Monday 8 June 2026, subject to shareholders’ approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled for 10 June 2026.

Coupled with the net interim dividend of €0.0107 per share paid in October 2025, the total net dividend attributable to the 2025 financial year amounts to €0.0284 per share and translates into a payout ratio of 67%.

Outlook

In his commentary the Chairman explained that Computime intends to build on the momentum achieved in 2025, supported by sustained demand for digital transformation, cybersecurity, regulatory technology, and artificial intelligence solutions, while continuing to deliver value to shareholders through the company’s dividend payout policy.

The Systems Integration division recently secured two multi-year, multi-million-euro IT network contracts expected to generate substantial additional revenue over the next five to seven years. Moreover, in 2026, the division will continue to strengthen its leading position in cybersecurity solutions and further expand its managed services offering, including solutions aimed at securing AI platforms and supporting AI governance frameworks for clients.

The Business Software division’s Enterprise Resource Planning line is expected to remain a primary driver of growth in the short to medium term. Growth is also expected from the Artificial Intelligence offerings of the Group, following the successful launch of the Group’s first AI application in 2025, with a number of proof-of-concept initiatives currently underway that may evolve into commercial products by the end of 2026 or early 2027.

The FinTech Division will continue to invest in maintaining and upgrading its products, with a major product release for ‘ComplyRadar’ planned for the first quarter of 2026 and a software-as-a-service version targeted for mid-2026. The international commercialisation of ‘ComplyRadar’ will continue, with focus on strengthening digital marketing channels and exploring alternative sales models. Moreover, ‘BRS Analytics’ is expected to continue consolidating its market leadership position while the team explores opportunities in AI governance and other GRC software domains.
