Following last week's article detailing the performance of the S&P 500 index in 2025, it is worth devoting time to review the developments across the European equity markers in my last article of the year.

On 26 June 2026, Golden Triangle plc published a Financial Analysis Summary including audited results for the six-month period ended 31 December 2025 and forecasts for the financial years ending 31 December 2026 and 31 December 2027. The following are the main highlights of the expected financial performance and position of the Guarantor Gilded Triumvirate LP.

  • In 2026 revenue is forecasted to amount to USD12.1 million, reflecting the first full twelve-month contribution of contractual lease income from the Beverly Hills properties which were acquired during the prior period. Meanwhile in 2027 revenue is projected to remain broadly unchanged at USD12.2 million.
  • EBITDA is projected to be USD7.7 million in 2026 and set to remain practically unchanged in 2027. These translate into EBITDA margins of 63.8% and 62.9% respectively.
  • Net finance costs are anticipated to amount to USD5.0 million in 2026 and USD5.4 million in 2027. Consequently, the interest cover is expected to be 1.5 times in 2026 and 1.4 times in 2027.
  • Total equity is anticipated to amount to USD49.8 million by the end of 2026, rising further to USD51.8 million by the end of 2027.
  • Total debt is expected to remain broadly stable at around USD103.5 million by the end of both 2026 and 2027. As a result, total gearing (total debt divided by total debt plus equity) is anticipated to improve from 67.5% by the end of 2026 to 66.6% by the end of 2027.
  • Considering anticipated cash balances of USD4.2 million and USD6.0 million in 2026 and 2027 respectively, net debt to EBITDA is projected at 12.8 times in 2026 and 12.7 times in 2027.
  • The debt-to-asset ratio is expected to be 0.66 and 0.65 in 2026 and 2027 respectively.
