Bortex Group Finance plc is the financing arm of the Bortex Group which in turn is principally engaged, through several subsidiaries that operate in various jurisdictions, in the business of manufacturing garments for its own private label, Gagliardi, and other private labels, marketing and retailing garments. The Bortex Group is also involved in property developments as well as owning and managing hotel and residential properties in Malta.
