Adventum Quartum Central Europe SICAV plc is a closed-ended alternative investment fund registered and domiciled in Malta with a focus on commercial real estate investments in central and eastern Europe. Its core strategy revolves around acquiring, developing, and managing real estate assets. All investments in real estate are undertaken through the subsidiaries. It owns a total of six properties: one shopping centre in Budapest (Hungary) and five office buildings, of which one is in Bucharest (Romania) with the other four across Poland.
