Simonds Farsons Cisk plc - Allocation Policy

On 13 September 2017, Simonds Farsons Cisk plc announced the allocation policy with respect to the recently issued €20 million 3.5% unsecured bonds maturing in 2027.

In total, the Company received 3,215 applications for an aggregate value of nearly €49.3 million. Existing holders of the 6% Simonds Farsons Cisk plc 2017/20 bonds who exercised their preference to exchange their respective maturing bonds with the new bonds (subject to a minimum of €2,000) amounted to nearly €12.2 million, representing 81.1% of the maturing bonds. These applications were allocated in full.

Furthermore, Farsons will be allocating 16.7% of any additional amounts subscribed for by existing bondholders, rounded to the nearest €100.

Interest on the new bonds will commence on 13 September 2017 while refunds of unallocated monies will be made on 14 September 2017. The new bonds are expected to be admitted to listing on the Malta Stock Exchange next Monday 18 September 2017 and trading is expected to commence the following day, Tuesday 19 September 2017.
