On 26 June 2019, HSBC Bank Malta plc announced that its Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on Monday 5 August 2019 to consider and approve the interim financial statements for the six-month period ended 30 June 2019.
The Directors will also consider the declaration of an interim dividend.
