APS Bank plc - Authorisation to provide General Insurance Services

On 11 November 2025, APS Bank plc announced that the Malta Financial Services Authority approved the enrolment of APS Bank as a Tied Insurance Intermediary on behalf of Atlas Insurance PCC Limited (for property and travel insurance), and Atlas Healthcare Insurance Agency Limited, (for health insurance).

CEO Marcel Cassar commented that the move into General Insurance was strategic, reflecting APS’s commitment to comprehensive everyday banking solutions. Meanwhile, the enrolment also marks a further development of the bank’s relationship with Atlas Insurance.
