APS Bank plc - Closure of Rights Issue

On 18 November 2025, APS announced that it has successfully raised €46.4 million from the Rights Issue which closed on Friday 14 November 2025, resulting in an over-subscription. Consequently, the Intermediaries’ Offer initially scheduled for Monday 24 November 2025 will not be opening. APS stated that details of the allocation policy and the updated timeline for the listing of the shares will be announced in the coming days.
