AX Real Estate plc - Potential appointment of Market Maker

On 4 April 2025, AX Real Estate plc announced that it is presently evaluating the possibility of appointing a Market Maker as defined by the Capital Market Rules and shall be exploring various options and mechanisms to such effect. The resultant recommendations shall be presented to the Board of Directors of the Company for consideration and potential approval. The appointment of a Market Maker shall be subject to any regulatory approvals which may be required at the time of such appointment.
