BMIT Technologies plc - Investment in 56BIT Limited

On 25 March 2025, BMIT Technologies plc announced that it has entered into a share purchase agreement for the acquisition of a 51% equity stake in 56BIT Limited. BMIT explained that the conclusion of the transaction depends on a number of conditions and thus will keep the market informed in due course.

On 30 May 2025, BMIT Technologies plc announced that it concluded the transaction for a 51% shareholding and the company may increase its shareholding over a period of five years depending on the performance of 56Bit.
