Bank of Valletta plc - Change in Shareholding

On 14 July 2025, Bank of Valletta p.l.c. announced that its shareholder UniCredit S.p.A. had disposed of a 4.99% shareholding in the Bank, thereby reducing its stake in BOV’s ordinary shares from 10.20% to 5.21%. Following this announcement, local media reported that Hili Ventures had acquired the 4.99% stake from UniCredit, making it the Bank’s third-largest shareholder.
