CPHCL Finance plc - Early Closure of Bond Issue

On 3 December 2025, CPHCL Finance plc announced that the recent offer of €45 million 5.35% unsecured bonds 2035 has been oversubscribed. As a result, the company closed the offer ahead of schedule on 4 December 2025. CPHCL Finance explained that it will be announcing the basis of acceptance in relation to the bonds by not later than 15 December 2025.
