Computime Holdings plc - Interim Dividend

On 8 October 2025, Computime Holdings plc announced that the Board of Directors resolved to distribute a gross interim dividend of €0.9 million, equivalent to €0.014486 (net: €0.0107) per share. The dividend is payable to shareholders as at the close of trading on Monday 13 October 2025 and will be paid by Friday 31 October 2025.
