International Hotel Investments plc - Acquisition of hotel assets in Beverly Hills

On 17 March 2025, International Hotel Investments plc announced that a joint-venture company with Action Real Estate Company, in which IHI holds a minority position, acquired two neighbouring hotels in a prime location in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, in California.

In the immediate term, the hotels which offer 100 bedrooms will continue to be operated under the existing branding as the Maison and Mosaic Hotels. IHI explained that the hotels will undergo a refurbishment and that the acquisition is part of a broader strategy for the Beverly Hills market.
