Malita Investments plc - Update on Financing for Housing Project

On 24 December 2025, Malita Investments plc announced that it secured an indicative term sheet for financing which would enable it to complete the affordable housing project. As part of this process, the company is also embarking on a restructuring plan to ensure the financial sustainability of the project. Malita Investments explained that the company remains otherwise solvent with a strong capital and asset base. In parallel, the company entered into an agreement with its contractors to reflect these developments.
