M&Z plc - Board Meeting

On 28 March 2025, M&Z plc announced that its Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on Friday 11 April 2025 to consider the approval of the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024. The Board will also consider the declaration of a final dividend to be recommended to the company’s Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday 4 June 2025.
