Hili Finance Company plc - Early Closure of Bond Issue

On 9 January 2026, Hili Finance Company plc announced that the recent offer of €60 million 5.00% unsecured bonds 2033 has been oversubscribed. As a result, the company closed the offer ahead of schedule on 9 January 2026. Hili Finance Company explained that it will be announcing the basis of acceptance in relation to the bonds by not later than 20 January 2026.
