Hili Properties plc - Board Meeting

On 12 March 2026, Hili Properties plc announced that its Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on Monday 16 March 2026 to consider an application for the delisting of the company’s shares on the Official List of the Malta Stock Exchange. The application would be subject to shareholder approval.
