Hili Properties plc - Application to delist from Malta Stock Exchange

On 16 March 2026, Hili Properties plc announced that its Board of Directors has resolved to file an application with the MFSA to discontinue the listing of all of the company’s shares from the Official List of the Malta Stock Exchange.

The delisting application is subject to shareholder approval at an extraordinary general meeting which will take place on 15 April 2026.

The notice convening the extraordinary general meeting, together with the text of the resolution and an explanatory memorandum setting out the reasons for the application, are in the process of being made available to shareholders.
