HSBC Bank Malta plc - Board Meeting

On 29 January 2026, HSBC Bank Malta plc announced that its Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on Wednesday 25 February 2026 to consider the approval of the audited financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The Directors will also consider the declaration of a final dividend to be recommended to the Bank’s Annual General Meeting which will be held on Wednesday 29 April 2026.
