International Hotel Investments plc - Opening of Corinthia Rome

On 9 March 2026, International Hotel Investments plc announced the opening of the 5-star ultra-luxury Corinthia Rome, located at Piazza del Parlamento. IHI noted that the property has undergone a comprehensive restoration and transformation to encompass 60 guest rooms including 21 suites and panoramic penthouses as well as a subterranean spa and vitality pools.

The company stated that the hotel is owned by Reuben Brothers, global leaders in real estate development and private equity, who also own The Surrey, a Corinthia Hotel, in Upper East Side in New York.

A subsidiary of IHI will assume a long-term lease of the Rome property, with management entrusted to a separate IHI subsidiary, namely Corinthia Hotels Limited.
