IZI Finance plc - Bond Issue Fully Subscribed

On 16 March 2026, IZI Finance plc announced that the recent offer of €30 million 5.50% unsecured bonds 2036 has been fully subscribed. As a result, the offer will close ahead of schedule on 16 March 2026 at noon. The company noted that it will be announcing the basis of acceptance by 25 March 2026.
