LifeStar Insurance plc - Increase in Shareholding

On 14 January 2026, LifeStar Insurance plc announced that its major shareholder LifeStar Holding plc had increased its shareholding in the company from 74.23% to 75.40%, following the acquisition of 759,541 shares.
