Main Street Complex plc - Business Update

On 25 March 2026, Main Street Complex plc announced that it has been actively engaged in negotiations with existing and potential prospective tenants with respect to the period following the end of March 2026, when the term of a significant number of existing leases is set to elapse.

Aside from the previously announced new tenant, Little Greens, part of an established local chain of supermarkets which is set to operate a ground-floor outlet measuring over 400 square meters as well as a café at the entrance to the building, the company is looking to conclude discussions with other prospective tenants during the period in which the Main Street Complex will be undergoing major works. Such works, which are expected to commence in early April 2026 in parallel with the works required for the conversion of the existing ground-floor space into the aforementioned ‘Little Greens’, will consist of a complete renovation of the public areas of the building and will require the temporary closure of large sections of the building.

Three outlets are expected to remain in operation with the car park and main entrance to remain open throughout the course of the works, with the exception of a short period on which works to specific areas will be carried out.
