M&Z plc - Board Meeting

On 30 March 2026, M&Z plc announced that its Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on Wednesday 29 April 2026 to consider the approval of the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025. The Board will also consider the declaration of a final dividend to be recommended to the company’s Annual General Meeting to be held on Monday 1 June 2026.
