Plaza Centres plc - Rescheduling of EGM

On 9 March 2026, Plaza Centres plc announced that in view of the fact that certain requisite regulatory approvals were not received in sufficient time, the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) was rescheduled for Tuesday 14 April 2026. Shareholders as at close of trading on 11 March 2026 will receive an explanatory circular and be entitled to attend and vote in the EGM.
