RS2 plc - Launches consumer payment card through German subsidiary

On 27 March 2026, RS2 plc announced that it launched its first consumer-facing payment product, the Visa IceTigers Deferred Debit Card and Mobile Application.

The launch follows the recent admission of RS2’s regulated German subsidiary as a principal issuing member of Visa and Mastercard in Europe. This membership allows the Group to directly issue and manage card programmes through its issuing platform Beyond by RS2.

The IceTigers card is a co-branded deferred debit card linked to SEPA-enabled bank accounts and is supported by a dedicated mobile application and it represents the first live deployment of the Group’s card issuing capabilities.

RS2 stated that the launch forms part of a broader strategy to expand its issuing and programme management services across the European Union and European Economic Area, with further co-branded card programmes and related payment services also being pursued.
