Tigné Mall plc - Shareholding Structure
On 15 May, Tigné Mall plc issued an announcement providing information on those shareholders with a stake of more than 5% following the Company’s combined offering pursuant to the Prospectus dated 20 March 2013. The 56,400,000 shares of Tigné Mall plc were admitted to the Official List of the Malta Stock Exchange on 2 May. The shareholders with a holding in excess of 5% are tabled below:

The announcement also confirmed that the previous shareholders of Tigné Mall plc, namely MIDI plc and Tigné Contracting Ltd (both forming part of the MIDI Group), no longer hold any shares in the Company.
