MedservRegis plc - Note Security
On 17 October, Medserv plc announced that it has repaid the facilities it had with HSBC Bank Malta plc and subsequently cancelled the Security in favour of the bank.
The Company also revealed that a general hypothec and special hypothec has been created by Medserv Operations Limited over its emphyteutical rights in connection with the Medserv Site in favour of all noteholders.
