FIMBank plc - Board Meeting
On 27 July, FIMBank plc, announced that its Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on Tuesday 28 August to consider and approve the Group’s financial statements for the six months ended 30 June 2012.
The Board will also consider the declaration of an interim dividend.
