FIMBank plc - Board Meeting
On 6 February, FIMBank plc announced that its Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on 6 March to consider and approve the Group’s audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2012.
The Directors will also consider the recommendation of a final dividend.
