On 28 March 2019, Medserv plc announced that its Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on Wednesday 24 April 2019 to consider and approve the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2018.

Medserv also noted that the forthcoming Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 27 May 2019.
