Subject to regulatory approval, Phoenicia will be issuing up to €50 million 5.75% unsecured bonds maturing in 2028-2033.

A nominal amount of €20 million will be made available for subscription to authorised financial intermediaries entering into a placement agreement with the company.

Furthermore, holders of the €25 million 4.15% bonds 2023-2028 will be eligible to apply for the remaining €30 million nominal.
