IZI Finance plc is the parent and holding company of a number of subsidiaries which operate in the gaming sector in Malta. The Group commenced operating the National Lottery of Malta through a ten-year concession since July 2022 and also holds a 60% shareholding interest in Dragonara Casino.

Together Gaming Solutions plc is one of the subsidiaries within the Gameday Group plc which is involved in the igaming industry. Together Gaming Solutions plc owns all the rights attached to the Bethard Brand and the iGaming Platform and also operates as the B2B service provider of the Group.
